What can I do to make myself more noticeable for the new school year? (and my crush)

I really want to stand out and fix my flaws (more self confidence, not as competitive, etc) Please help :)

The best way to become more noticeable is by staying on fashion. You should be neat at all times, and be nice to people. Gaining self confidence is possible if you initiate conversation with others, and participate in activities where you will meet different people.
