Could be anything. No one here can diagnose without an exam and testing. Get to a doctor ASAP or if pain worsens, get to an ER

Some sexually transmitted diseases :/ Maybe you should get checked just in case, some of them can lead to all sorts of health problems if you don't get them treated quickly...

My guess: inguinal hernia - almost a 30% chance guys will get one in their lifetimes - women - only 3% (but can get hernias from normal childbirth). There are two types of these - you'll need to talk to a gastroenterologist MD to get advice as to whether you should have this operated on - it's a very common operation - fairly quick - typically uses a kind of netting to stitch your an muscles back together and to prevent further tearing - but for some patients - post-operative pain can be a problem - especially if you have a physical job - expect to be on light physical stress for 3 - 6 months while your body heals to the net.
