Sleeping problems! Read details

my sisters best friend takes medicine (I think Benadryl) to get to sleep EVERY night! she could go to sleep with out it but she's gotten herself thinking she can't go to sleep without it! what should she do? she's 11

You can't let her get addicted to it. Give her sugar pills or something and tell her it's benedryl.

Dang Uhm give her melatonin it's non addictive sleeping pill
