How to change the language on my Kindle Fire?

I'm selling it to my uncle in Mexico.

If you want your uncle to be reading eBooks in Spanish, it is possible because you don't have to change the language. If you mean having the menus and everything else in Spanish, it can't be done. The Kindle Basic is the only Kindle with that capability. Kindle Fire doesn't allow you to change the language.
