Help! I am 13 1/2 and over 130 pounds! I don't want to keep gaining weight! How can I lose weight and fast?
I'm 13 1/2 and overweight. how can I easily lose weight without having to buy weight lifting or fat burning products? I can not swallow pills so please don't say use this medicine etc. I mainly need to loose weight in my thighs and stomach. what are some exercises that I could do? does riding a bike get rid of calf or thigh fat. what exercises should I do that don't require equipment! please help!
