iPhone 4 read description

I just bought a iPhone 4 from AT&T & my phone is laggy sometimes slow & the touch screen works perfectly sometimes & it works very slow sometimes I have to touch the screen multiple times to get it to do what I want it to so I have warranty from at&t & from apple were do I take it & what will happen can I get a new one?

Bring it back you have 30 days after you buy it. I have had my iPhone 4 for a while no problems it could just be a lemon.

I would say bring it to apple but check the website for the store first and tell them all the problems you are having and they will give you a new phone like you never had a problem with the old with all the information on it (I would suggest that you take your laptop-that is if you sync your phone to your computer- so they can move the information from the old to the new phone faster)

You should take it to the shop you bought it from, since it is still under warranty. You could get it fixed and if the problem can not be sorted, you could get it a new one. Do not take it to another repair shop, as they may not be authorized to do any repairs, which may reduce your chances of getting a new one.
