How to stay cool in 112 degree weather?
We usually hit 111 or 112 every day. I have marching band practice for the next two weeks and I will be out in the heat for five hours straight. It's going to be hot and we'll be marching and working out in the heat. I did it one day and was fine except my stomach got upset even though I drunk a lot of water and at the end my head got a little woozy. Any suggestions on how to keep cool and keep going even if I'm hot and tired. What to eat in the morning also to keep up energy?
