How to stay cool in 112 degree weather?

We usually hit 111 or 112 every day. I have marching band practice for the next two weeks and I will be out in the heat for five hours straight. It's going to be hot and we'll be marching and working out in the heat. I did it one day and was fine except my stomach got upset even though I drunk a lot of water and at the end my head got a little woozy. Any suggestions on how to keep cool and keep going even if I'm hot and tired. What to eat in the morning also to keep up energy?

Drink LOTS of water. Stay hydrated. You will feel way worse if you are dehydrated. Try eating something with peanut butter for breakfast. My mom told me to eat peanaut butter and toast for breakfast because it will give you energy for the day. Hope this helps :) follow me

Carry around like a cold towel to help you, have a little fan that can clip to your belt loop on you and use that, or drink gatoraid.

Stay hydrated drink a lot of water. Bring a cooler filled with ice and water bottles. Throw a few wash cloths in there and put them around your neck to keep cool and wear light colored clothing to reflect the heat

Wear a wet rag around your neck, stay extremely well hydrated, have snacks throughout the day
Also, going bald helps, no hair to hold heat in
