I haven't heard of it, but why not? People pay good money to eat snails and raw fish eggs. Go for it. I got a fiver that says they taste like chicken.

I can't LEGALLY go, but my Probation Officer seemed to sort of give me a "free pass" b-cuz he told me to come in and see him on the 22nd, instead of on the 8th like I was supposed to. I also don't have a license at the moment so that puts a damper on things. Hurts my heart Bro, there is nothing I would rather do.

Well. Those things move pretty fast. And you really have to do some work to get them to appear and eat. I would think that for the amount of meat you would get, plus all the bones, the work wouldn't equal the reward. Maybe if you could trap a flock or school or whatever they are called it might be worth it. Maybe cook them up like hot wings or something.

Nice. My girlfriends mom has had a feeder out all summer and she gets none. I try not to be an a-hole but I'm pretty sure she's doing something wrong. I remember my parents having some when I was a kid. Not too many birds the first year, but every year after there were at least 3.
