My prepaid card account online shows a positive balance but really it has a negative balance why does that happen?

the guy at the bank said this may have happened because the account wasnt synchronized properly and he apologized for the inconvenience...really?

Such a thing happens if the system is low and you have deposited money or you have withdrawn. You had done the right thing by asking your bankers since they can now update your history if the system does not pick up the data.
