Hot weather is terrible on us. My ex didn't understand I cannot do the things I used to so that is why he is an ex. Fibro is hard on a person to. I hate you have that.

Thank you. Please keep me posted on your sister. How old is she? I have been fighting this for 9 yrs. My mind forgets things. I was going to a pcp and getting mental health for depression and was getting the same kind of meds at both Dr's and they put me in jail for Dr. shopping. It is a stupid law in alot of states. I was screwed over.

Wow, can they do that? Did you get it cleared up??

My dad has M.S. and he does certain things when the symptoms show up. He avoids heat, sun exposure, hard labor (lifting things, landscaping, etc.), stress and takes multivitamins. He also needs a lot of sleep. When he sees double vision my dad will wear an eye patch.

He also struggles with numbness in his face and body, an inability to walk, dizziness, slurred speech, and his hearing sometimes goes out. It's best to have the support of family and friends when dealing with this, who understand your symptoms. My dad also lives on disability from the government because of M.S, though I'm sure you can still work certain jobs. Good luck :)
