I'm right handed and my whole left arm is fairly weaker than my right. How can I gain muscle/strength in my left arm to even it out?
Free weights using your left harm and try to make a concious effort to use your left arm more for things you would normally use your right for amd just lift weights on that side too
Just exercise ur left hand more. If u do curls do twenty on ur right arm then 24 pounds on ur left it will even ur strength
One arm pushups!
Rotate sometimes, you gotta be a switch hitter, lefty might be a change of pace
