There's basically two ways: Do abdominal (the exercises) and the correct breathing, you know, when you inhale the belly has to be filled with air and when you exhale, your belly must be completely contracted.
By fake abs and wear them under your shirt
Work out lots
Forget crunches just get a sharpie marker and draw them
Eating a healthy diet is more important than the excercises them selfs.
