Can a Hospital confiscate your phone for taking pictures of your father in the emergency room?

A hospital can confiscate your phone for taking pictures of your father in the emergency room. This is because phones with much picture-taking functionality have been proved to affect the health and safety of the patients. They are also protecting the privacy of the medical staff.

I was going to send them to my siblings in other states. I just think they are worrying about some kinda lawsuit stuff because he has these tubes all about him. I don't like lawyers anyway.

That answer is BS.

Hospitals can NOT confiscate your phone ... unless you were taking pictures in a forbidden area.
