Try to keep your foods light and frequent, become more active, and most of all control your sleep! Decide when your going to sleep and when your waking up and follow it! what you need is a schedule and some management. :)
Have your thyroid checked. It regulates your metabolism. I used to be really active then I started falling asleep at the drop of a hat. Found out, by x-ray, (after a bunch of other tests were done), that I had thyroid cancer. It's the easiest type of cancer to cure, so don't get all worried. Had my thyroid taken out and I'm nearly back to normal. I have to take a thyroid pill every day, but it's better than a dirt nap.
