Can you really get caught if you try to jailbrake your itouch if so what are the chances of that happening

It is legal to jailbreak so there's nothing to worry about

Totally legal, apple just doesnt want you to :) If you dont want them to find out, just wipe your iPod and they'll never know.

A good while ago . I won't lie and try to give an exact month or year because I'm not sure . But I do know that they did .

Only way to get caught would be to do it in an Apple store. Dont do that and youll be fine. Even if you do get caught its Legal.
