Who's better, Phelps or lochte?

i know Phelps has more medals, but who do you honestly think is better? P.S, i say Phelps:)

Phelps! I love Micheal Phelps! He has world record.
I find him, besides his ears, very attractive :3

Phelps. I was sad though when he lost to Lochte, but I say he let him win because he already has a lot of fame and fortune.
