What is a good looking, well built, priced between $80-$120, lightweight shoe. brands like ,Nike,Adidas,Jordan,and etc.

There is lots. For a basketball shoe (lightweight), u have the adidas adizero's and nike flywire. They should both be $85 to $110. Then, for running shoes, Nike has the free runs. Vans are also very light weight, since they r just canvas. Another basketball shoe could be Jordan flight, Nike hyperfuse, or adidas crazy feather.

New balance makes an excellent shoe, well built and I usually find them for 70-90

Remember that it also has to work with your feet too. Like for instance, I have a low arch almost flat feet. I wear Puma's ArchTech and it's well built and comfortable. I think it was within the $90 - $120 range -> Not too sure.
