Is my son allowed to keep his created artwork at our home indefinitely. He hasn't even asked about it.

Well, is it hurting to hold onto it for awhile? My son is 38 and I have lots of his stuff stored in the attic. Including his BMX from 26 years ago. It doesn't bother me!

A better question is ... how old is the OP?
I mean, you would think anyone old enough to own their home would know that THEY can decide how long stuff can be stored at their home.

Just pack it up and give him a deadline to pick it up. If he doesn't care to pick it up, it isn't important to him any longer. Donate it if it's good.
