Am I the only person that doesn't believe in zombies?

Seriously.. I don't see what the big hype is all about. A zombie attack is not going to happen.

I hate to tell you ... but zombies ARE real.
There are 2 types of zombies ...
1 - Voodoo zombies, which are people under the affects of certain chemicals.
2 - Viral zombies, which is what science fiction/horror movies are based around.

Voodoo zombies are real.

IMO ... if aliens wanted to communicate, they'd use the internet. Or at least TV/radio. Or maybe do a multi-party phone call to all of us at once. But if they wanted to communicate by altering a surface, with a message that can only be read from above ... well, there's this HUGE surface that would fit the bill, and billions of people would see it. It's called the Moon.

But ... pearls before swine, and all that.

Probably, I believe the zombie Apocolipse will form from Bath Salts preferably than a tainted burger. Look at what's happened in the past year with the use of this drug, it kind of doesn't add up, being shot in the head clear shot and not dying until your shot again, rather peculiar but we all have different beliefs

Lots of people have been shot in the head, without dying from it.
It depends on the velocity of the bullet, size of the bullet, angle of impact ... but it isn't as uncommon as people think.

I honestly believe it is possible. For example there can be an outbreak of a artifcial or new disease or something simliar and if a orginism gets infected by it maybe there might be "zombie-like" traits. Zombie outbreak is a broad topic!
