Cut up about 4 pieces of bacon and a little bit of onion up, and fry it in a pan til bacon is semi crunchy and onions are transparent, and leave the grease from bacon and onions in pan and drain your can of hominy about half way, leave a small amount of the juice in can, and then pour into pan with bacon and onions, salt and pepper to taste, and saute for about 10 minutes over a medium heat. YUMMY!!!

If it was me, I'd just eat the hominy itself. I've never been much in the kitchen.

Even though i've read that hominy is common in the Southern US, I've personally never seen it used, & dont know any recipes that call for it. This site however may help point you in the right direction! Happy hominy cooking!! :D
