How should I loose weight? I am a 15 year old girl. I am 5'3.5 and I weigh 130 pounds :(
Your body is not done growing so you may find that your weight will fluctuate naturally. Just pay attention to eating well and stay away from junk food and pop. You will be just fine :)

eat a bit less and do a power walk in the morning before breakfast.... no junk food!

I don't know, but my sister's fifteen, 5" 5' and she ways 110 lbs.
Loose weight? 130 is a good weight for a 15 year old girl. I weigh 150-160 and I'm a 15 year old guy. :p
