On a newspaper, where would you put the Editor-in-Chief's name?

I'm doing a school project this summer and we have to make a newspaper on a piece of poster board. There are various requirements, such as "Your name as Editor-in-Chief". Where would I put that? Also: this is only the front page of the paper, and if you had title ideas, that'd help.

An Editor-in-Chief's name should be written at the bottom of the page. This is where most editors' names are written and viewed clearly. However, on the topics, you can have a debate on whether summer school should be continued.

That would be a good idea, but the project's a book report for a class I'm taking when school starts.
