I am worming my puppy today and sure enough she passed a round worm. My question is should I worry about my cats and adult dog catching worm

Yes! My understanding is that it can be passed between animals quickly. I'd keep a close eye on your other animals and maybe keep the pup in another room till its passed. Medicine for it is easy enough to get, no vet visit necessary I believe

All puppy's are born with that type of worm, that's why it's so important to get them wormed. And yes, you do want to maybe worm your other dogs.

All animals can get worms from eating insects. Insect carry parasite.
