Well, I lost wight by really paying attention wo what I ate, and not only that, but how much. If you can stop yourself from overeating, you will have an easier time losing weight. Remember: if you're really still hungry, you can go get more, and if you can't finish your plate, Tupperware exists for a reason. If that doesn't work, you can try Atkins, Wight Watchers, or something called the 17 Day Diet. Just look any of them up on Google, or something completely different. The diet you choose really is up to you. Look into each one that interests you, and figure out which one seems to be the lesser sacrifice for you - what would you rather eat? Downsize your plates to 6". Do moderate exercises for 15 minutes each day. You should lose about 16 lbs in 4 wks.
