Will a domestic pig grow tusks if let out in the wild

Report as

"tusks" are needle teeth that haven't been cut out.
All pigs are born with them but they are removed from domestic pigs because they are dangerous and they have no need for them. When I worked on a pig farm we used a pair of wire cutters to break off the teeth on day one.

Yes, the tusks will grow and they also grow hair and become aggressive. All pigs do have tusks when they are born, but many people remove the tusks. Pigs are so good in adapting to the environment.
