My pregnant pitbull, all of her nipples not out is that ok? And if the milk started to com out what's up with that sorry people first litter

Ya it's fine as long as some of them are out the puppy's will drink till there full then the other ones will come , if none of them are out then thats bad cause the puppies can't get any milk. Hope this helps

It's normal for the nipples to leak towards the end of preg. Most likely when the pups nurse the flat nipples will pull out.
