What should my twin best friends do for their 16 birthday party with their friends?

We are past the sleepover thing and want to have a blast with each other! None of us have ever drank alcohol, so don't bring that up. There will probably be between 10-20 people there, not counting them. There may be a guy or two there, but not more than that. Ideas please!

You can have a picnic party for the twins' birthday at a park near home. You can also decide to have a daytime or evening beach party for the birthday that will involve swimming and surfing and probably jet-skiing. You can also decide to go for a movie marathon in different cinema halls around town and finish up at a favorite restaurant where you can all eat together and share a birthday cake.

Make it a "Sweet Sixteen" and by sweet I mean Candy. Set up Candy Bars with all different types of Candy and give each person a cute gift bag and they can fill up their bags with they candy they like. Have a chocolate fountain, bake cupcakes and decorate them. The decor would be candy related. :)
