My dad just told me I have no rights at all in his home, even us constitution. Unless he gives them to me or I earn them. Is this true?

tell me links to any proof if you find any too. it' be very useful

I'm going to assume you are a minor and that you aren't making a financial contribution to your household. If so, Dad is using the principle of the Golden Rule. He who has the gold makes the rules.

It's true that you have no rights at all in his home unless he gives them to you or you earn them. Mostly, inheritance drops down through the next of kin to the deceased.

He who owns it makes the rules. your only " rights" are human rights. food, shelter, water, clothing and heat for warmth, you also have the right to be nurtured. I suspect he does all of that!
