Is there a gps tracker that i can install in my rifle that alerts the police in case my rifle is stolen?

I have a very special rifle i would like to mount on my wall for display pourpose i do not want to keep it locked in the safe. in case my house gets broken into and the burglars steal my rifle off the wall is there a gps tracker that can track down the suspect and get my rifle back?

Yes, I have one installed in my Authenticated WWII Springfield 1903 and my WWI Mauser. It's called a "Micro Tracker Miniature GPS Tracker". Here is the website for your reference. To install it will take a little woodworking and maybe some minor gunsmithing depending on where you are going to place it. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Not really, I placed the GPS tracker node underneath the internal magazine spring plate. In addition, I do not fire these two rifles, they are maintained but are part of my collection. I ensured that anying I did would not devalue or impair the weapons ability to fire and could be undone simply by knowing where to look and what to remove. As far as the two rifles I cited above, everything I did was done using only my hands, no tools needed and nothing damaged or modified. Do you really think I would screw with either of these two rifles like that, come on. :)

It would work perfectly. You would need to remove the recoil pad and you can attatch it using a double-sided tape or heavy duty/commercial grade velcro. If you know that you're not going to get ride of the rifle, you can make it more permanent by using a super/crazy glue or an epoxy resin and glue it into place., like onto the inside of the recoil pad itself.

There is a GPS tracker that you can install in your rifle that it will enable it to be retrieved incase it gets lost. You need to visit the local tracking companies in your area so that they can advice you on the best tracker to use.
