How do you prepare for a game? (the night before playing in sport:p)

stretch, practice with a friend, exercice, eat pasta the day before (pasta gives you energy.) hope you have fun @ your game!!!

Don't eat junk food, eat lots of fruits and carbs. Get good rest. And stay focus

stretch do 15 push ups and 15 sit ups only drink water
