Is it warm in venice beach in february? swimming weather?

In February, it is never warm in Venice Beach. The weather is generally fairly mild and there could be heavy rains and irregular icy arctic winds. If you are planning to visit the beach during this time of the year, be sure to bring a warm overcoat, gloves and a scarf. You could also carry an umbrella because of the rains.

Nope,well I don't think so,the average weather is like really cold,say 8/5 degrees
Celsius.
