divorce in Nevada since 1986 the judge gave me back prior name he put my nickname instead of my birth name how do I get this corrected

If it's incorrect .. return to the place where it was issued and have them correct it. I'm surprised this could even happen. I would assume that you would have had to provide them with a birth certificate (or some form of official ID) as proof of your previous name. How did they get the nick name? That stuff is not supposed to happen.

I'm pretty sure you can just go to the court and have then fix it if it was the judges fault.

To get the name collected on your divorce papers, you will have to go to the same court. You might be required to fill out some forms or prevent some documents, to prove your real name. I think the marriage certificate will help you a lot.
