Should i kiss her or wait?

I really like this girl and she likes me the same. We tell each other that we love each other all the time. Were both 13. Im ready to kiss her but she wants to wait a little while. Weve been dating for a long time now too.she said she'd let me kiss her cheek though. Considering im 13 should i wait for "the one"? I love this girl and want to but i want my first kiss to be special and with the one. We both havent had our first kiss. Should i kiss her when it feels right? Please help. Im so confused

Kiss her! I'm in the situation i'm waiting for him to make the first move so do what i wish my bf would do, go for it when it's just the right moment. Only if she is comfortable though you don't want to rush it or it'll seem like your just using her for kissing, make sure she's comfortable before you kiss her, and when you do make sure it's romantic, Good luck!

If u want to do it but first try it if she moves then she ain't ready,but if she don't then u have your answer but just kiss nothing more because u still young and u have more years to go to do the other thing.

Do it in the right time, she may be not ready first keep kissing her on her cheeks when you feel like she wants more or just bored of a kiss on a cheek and not proud of it just kiss her ;D
