Do away with all processed foods. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables and stay clear of all meats and dairy. Do some sort of exercise and you will be fine. Ever watch the movie "Forks over knives"? It will help big time.
Personally what I do is work out everyday varying what I do, for breakfast a fruit smoothie or a fruit and yogurt, lunch some fruit or a salad with a sandwich that includes a meat lettuce and cheese for dinner a vegetable a meat and maybe a salad or pasta that's just what I do hope that gives you an idea or helps :)
