Help ...I need to quit my ask.com addiction

this is serious it's getting to a point where I don't sleep or talk to people in the real world .

Nothing. There is no escape. This website will slowly destroy your social life. See those two tiny pinpricks on your neck? That's where ask.com has latched itself, and it will stay sucking out your life juices until the only thing worth living for is writing lengthy answers at 12:58 in the morning.
It happens to the greatest of us.
Even I have fallen prey.

What sports are you interested in? Soccer, basketball, lacrosse? Play whatever sport you like the most. Go outside and leave your computer or iPod or whatever off. Or just delete the app or stop going on the website. if it's affecting your life that bad, delete it from your life. it's just a website....nothing to get so attached to that you're always on like 24/7.

Store or sale the computer -- and really there isnt much good compared to one especial compared to the damages ( as you and i know ) I used to tell lots of people about Ask -- but now i wouldnt recommend them to anyone for any reason -- but it isnt only them - but computers and all the filthy bullbutter that goes on and off of it . -- i am about to bury 2 lap tops ..

Let's start an anti-ask group. When we feel the need to get on, talk with one of your sponsors (who's on ask) and ask for help. Never worked for me
