Your username seems to differ with your opinion of being healthy. Unfortunately, you are at increased risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, joint problems, arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol... a whole host of health issues. Please discuss this with your doctor so that you can make a plan for a truly healthy, long life.
Actually it just depends. If you have an iPod or iPhone get an app for BMI & it will tell you how much your suppose to weight based of height, age & gender. I'm 19.. Weight 144 but I'm on 5'3 .. I'm suppose to be about 125 pounds. So just look one up online & they can tell you for sure (:
I'm 35 and 5'3 I weigh 135. You need a diet and talk to your dr about all your options. Please everyone go easy on this girl, she has awful problems from Her previous questions. Please talk to a dr and maybe a counselor as well. Life is beautiful thing once you start enjoying it:)
im 5'6 in 3 quarters and 140 pounds the doctors say that's normal for my height , so your over weight but you can loose it , join a gym i love working out in the winter , download an app for workouts start and end your day with em , go jogging for a mile every night , you will love how you feel after ...eat healthy vegis and fruits are VERY important , my favorite healthy snack is wheat thins and orange juice , lol..js hope i could help
It doesn't only depend on height. Actually any weight can be healthy depending on what it's from. And everyone's built a different way. For example, I am 5'6" and a half, and I weigh 165ish. Granted, I went on a cruise on put on some fat weigh, but only 10 pounds. Because I've done sports my whole life and am currently doing two, I have a lot of muscle. And I have literally, wide bones. I don't look fat. Not skinny, but not fat. People say I look around 135. So it really depends

I am 14 years old and I'm 5'9 and about 150 lbs and that is the perfect weight for my height according to the doctors I have been too. But, you are only 13 and 5'7 which mean you are overweight for your height and age but, you could easily fix that if you wanted too and don't forget you're perfect just the way you are.
Some people can weigh what you do and do fine. Others will develop arthritis in their knees and hips, diabetes, heart problems and asthma, diabetes. sleep apnea. All of these can limit what you will be able to do as an adult. My best friend has every one of these conditions.
13 and 240,too be straight forward that is overweight. I'm 15 and 102 as of three days ago probably gained like 2 pounds :/. Anyway, it is,but you can lose it you have too try though.I am like 5'. I know a 10 year old little one named Jenna with type two Diabetes, and she really struggles with alot of stuff. You are very lucky you haven't already been diagnosed with it. Exercise more and start eating healthier, Diabetes, asthma, ect are definitley things you wanna try to avoid at 13. You can do it girl, have faith.
you honestly should be in the 100-120 rage. at your age and your height. im 14 and 5'8 and weight 103. you need to go to the doctor you have a really high risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure. and believe my you dont want diabetes i have type one. and it is horrible. and it is a struggle to deal with. you just need to try to be active more and make sure that you are eating healthy foods and try to stay with the food pyramid that really helps me and make sure you drink tons of water everyday cause retain water. walking everyday is a good start for about 30 min. or you can go to a gym. alot of my friends and myself go to women s gyms because you can be more comfortable that is another option if you don't like to be outside a lot. you can also eat 6 small meals a day and dont eat after 8 pm. if you set your mind to it you and def. lose weight! good luck and have faith with yourself(:
Losing 10% to 15% of your body weight (25 to 35 lbs.) is sometimes all doctors ask. Walking for fitness has the lowest drop out rate. Dogs are a great motivator (they become your best friend.) If you don't have one maybe a neighbor would like theirs walked.
Daily tune-ups can be achieved by eating at HEALTHY places one or two miles away for lunch and dinner. run there and back every day, and find ways to run daily and weekly errands that involves running. NOTICE: this is only meant for keeping in shape, and will not increase muscle strength. Running requires more work in general but other static endurance and muscle strengthening exercises requires more strain on particular muscles, which challenges the power and efficiency of the muscle groups. Again, EAT HEALTHY, otherwise you will shove more crud in your body than you can get out. If there is a cake at a birthday party, and you are offered a piece, say no thanks, I try to eat healthy, you will get this good setting feeling of superiority that will increase the more they try to nag in vain for you to try a slice. Last but not least, fidget. This will help you burn calories when somebody wants you to to sit down and shut up. Also, jog in place while watching TV, and to be annoying, you can answer the door while you are jogging in place. but wear a headband so it doesn't just look like you need do use the restroom.
You're healthy..God bless you.You are the way the Lord made you.You and your size have fit into His plans just right..Your power will do great things for God because He made and knew you before you were even born, take comfort in that. me ? I'm 5' 3" and 170 pounds of bull strength and quickness I developed more than 30 years ago in school. We all fit ino His plan and best of all we all fit into His heart.Everyday in every way you are getting better.
i have read your past questions and i think if you are not happy with you then its time to work on yourself. i can tell you somethings that have worked for me. If you drink Soda nows the time to cut way back.the next thing is try to avoid eating so many carbs like bread more fresh fruit ugh i know but you will find its actually great.if you eat out try and make the more healthy choice grilled over fried for example.treat your self at the end of a successful week . and start walking at night or in am
