No is the final answer! Yes it hurts, especially if u have an outie. Piercings require a lot of care and at the age of 13 there should be more things you should involved with. Wait it out a little longer.
You think it's cute and not doing you any harm. It gives out a negative spirit. To me it's telling the opposite sex that you are avaiable. My husband was so upset with my daughter when she pierce her navel....their relationship changed from good to bad. No longer did he refer to her as his princess.
It's really up to your parents. I got mine when I was 14. My parents let me get it done for my birthday. But I was a good student and always minded my parents. To me it didn't really hurt it felt like a shot. However it did take a few months to heal and I almost got it ripped out once. I would say if it's okay with your parents than get it. You can always take it out if you don't like it.
You also need to worry about infections. Most of the people I know with one have complained about it getting infected at some point, or about the hole closing back up. Plus I personally think it's kind of trashy
Doesn't hurt at all!!! But everyone has a different pain tolerance and mine is pretty high. So every person is different. Though I'm pretty sure I'm done growing so I got one. Just DON'T watch the needle go through. And if you're still continuing to grow then don't get it it'll be all stretched and gross. Kk byee
