Any tips on mascara and eyeliner for people with blonde eyelashes?

My friend has really long blonde eyelashes. She wants tips on how to make them darker but not make them look horrible.

Whatever mascara she uses, tell her to scrape off as much excess mascara as possible. Then take a tiny piece of a clean plastic baggie, and twirl the mascara wand inside it. This will distribute the mascara evenly, and get rid of any clumps. I do this every time, and never have clumps, spikes, or spider eyes.

my mascara usually is 20w50 and diesel smut .It usually smooth with no clumps.

bigguy41, mine is usually moly grease. But it does tend to smear a bit in hot weather.
