Doc says liquids. Not clear, is tat cream soup in a blender? What are "soft" foods?

Thank you so much. I'ts been 4 days,ate nothing. Had scope w/ balloon to open esophugus. Liquid, today, didn't say "clear" and soft for 2 weeks.

And on the soft foods diet, basically anything which doesn't require chewing. The goal is to reduce the amount of friction on the esophagus to give it time to heal in the best way possible. And small mouthfuls, and no carbonated beverages. I wish doctors would explain this stuff, but they never do.

There are lots of soft food like bread

Soft foods are scrambled eggs, pudding, farina, yogurt, applesauce. Just about anything a toothless person could eat!
