I want to open a chocolate shop/cafe in Central Coast NSW - What courses do I need to create/own/run a business? serious answers only please

I am starting from scratch, and it will take a few years. All I need is a basic guideline on what to do, preferably from a hospitality based small business owner. Take note - this is in Australia so I'd need Australian courses.

You don't need a business course to know how to open and run your business. If you insist, you can do something a course like catering or business administration. Provided you know how to make or cook what you will be selling, you have nothing to worry about. Business etiquette is also important.

you dont need any busoness courses to open and run a business but they really do help. chack out nsw tafe or open unoversities, they have heaps of courses to choose from.
