Can I help someone get bailed from jail without having to co sign for them?

Someone has to sign the bail agreement and that person will be held resoonsible for the bail because, surpisingly enough, criminals have a tendency to skip on their bail and someone has to be responsible for it so if you pay the bail you will be responsible for it.

I don't believe you can, unless you take someone else with you that is willing to co sign.

Yeah ... just give them the money.
But at least have them sign an agreement to pay it back, before you do.

The only way to help someone get bailed from jail without having to co sign for them is by getting another person to do it. This can be a friend or a family member who you will have to seriously talk to. Otherwise, the person cannot be bailed out.
