Nothing I cook in a crock pot ever comes out. The meat is always dry. On the stove however, you must brown the meat real good. Than add your water, veggie, & seasonings. Cook it all day untill it just falls apart. (So the main secret here: brown the meat good. It keeps the juices in.)
Put pork in crockpot, add masterpiece honeyblend bbq sauce, cook on low over night. In the morning shred the loin with a fork or however is best for you. Thus, bbq on buns with onions and pickles. Enjoy, from San Antonio.
