Alexandra I suggest you find somewhere you can use your energy and help others. Get involved, volunteer at a soup kitchen, read to children, errands for elderly, library, community clean up, whatever you can do to take your mind off your problems. If you feel bad you can talk to a teacher, doctor, friend, any adult. If your mom won't get you help you need to find it yourself.

What I think helps is imagine that your brain is a bunch of doors. Close your eyes and go through a door. Do something you want to do in that door. When y you are ready, go to the next door. Daydream. Also, if you feel like crying, do it! Me and my friend made up this thing where you feel like crying. We call it stevosis. Steve from family guy crys a lot so that's where we got the name.

I'm very sorry to hear this :( I know that life can bring you down at times, & you feel like no one cares for you, & trust me, there's going to be times in life where it feels like the whole world is against you. It was like that for me, & I didn't know what to do, cause my friends didn't understand & I didn't want to tell my parents, but that was before I got saved. I don't know if you believe what I believe, but for me personally, their was nothing that I had that I couldn't take it to my God that He could help me with. He gave me so much peace in my heart, it lead up to me eventually talking to my parents about my problems, & now, I feel so much at peace with myself. Theres always going to be somebody there for you, whether it's a friend or a relative, & even if it feels like they're not there, then you can always turn to God, for He will always be there for you.

There is a diet called the Hallelujah Diet. This diet is a no meat diet. You have to drink Barley Max juice and eat raw vegetables and a few fruits. Its not as bad as it seems, you will get used to it. Their website is www.hacres.com and you can get more information that way. But its supposed to help you to hardly ever get sick. A lot of people even cured their cancer from doing this diet and they didn't use any drugs or chemo or any of that. This diet can also help for being depressed. I went to a speech thing about it and the guy says it makes you feel good about yourself and if you go on this diet, you will notice the changes.
