My boyfriend hasn't been acting like himself lately what should I do?

a few days ago we said I love you for the first time and he has been acting strange ever since. he told me I love you first and I'm not sure if that is why he isn't acting like himself but it's the only thing that has changed in our relationship. we have been going out for almost a month if that helps too

Be honest with him. Just say how you feel and ask him if something's wrong. The best thing to do is be honest and understanding

But I am his only past love, we went out and then broke up now we are back together, but I'm his first girlfriend.
