To quit smoking you must receive two substitutes for a cigarette 1: the oral fixation, the best way to remove your addiction with cigarettes is to remove the butt of you cigarette and replace it with a tooth pick 2: the chemicals, i would recommend an electrical cigarette, or nicotine patches, Slowly reducing the two substitutes untill you never need it again, the easiest way to get back into smoking so i would recomend if you get overtly stressed, chew a toothpick. Do not inhale nocotine through a cigarette or you will have to go through the proccess again.
1st thing...u NEED to set a "quit date". it helps you mentally prepare yourself for the day of your last smoke...i used a patch for a couple weeks until they left welts on my body then opted for cold turkey. been smoke free from cigarettes for over 4 yrs
