My grandma had a stroke and died. Tr doctors said she would've survived if she didn't smoke. Cigarettes are way worse than coffee. I mean, have you ever heard of someone dying from coffee? I didn't think so.
It's been clinically proven that the life of a person's heart is already determined. This means that Your heart has a set number of beats it will perform before giving out (which is obviously when you die). Think about that for a moment...Coffee is proven to speed up your heart rate, which means that it also speeds up the amount of years you have left to live. One cup of coffee = missing years. Cigarettes release nicotine into your body, which creates cancer and eats away the flesh of your lungs. It causes you to appear much older than you really are, and it also takes away from the years you have left to live. Which is worse? Cigarettes. What do I say? Stay away from both! 8) God Bless.
I let my 4 year old son have sips of my black coffee when he asks. He likes being like dad and says,"Mmmmm that's good." Cancer sticks? No way! Here is no less than the Mayo Clinic saying the health benefits out way the risks for drinking coffee. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/coffee-and-health/AN01354 ~~~ How about WebMD on coffee? "A growing body of research shows that coffee drinkers, compared to nondrinkers, are: less likely to have type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and dementia have fewer cases of certain cancers, heart rhythm problems, and strokes" http://www.m.webmd.com/food-recipes/features/coffee-new-health-food

A cigarette is horrible for you ,but so is stress. Coffee is actually good for you in moderation and studies show that it prevents certain diseases like type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease. Again do your research though.
