Awkward underwear question... need help

I do dance and martial arts. My underwear somehow always rides up giving me a wedgie. It's so annoying that I've considered not wearing underwear, but I've accidentally flashed a few guys at karate my underwear before, and I'd rather them see my underwear than my butt, but I hate my panties riding up. What do I do???

Ok umm... Why not buy new underwear that wont ride up?

Try borrowing some boxers. You wont wear them All the time, just during your practices.

I would feel weird wearing boy underwear. I don't know how to get the proper fit and definitely can't borrow underwear from a guy friend lol that would be so awkward

Well, the underwear doesn't dictate gender. I meant girl underwear wouldn't help, been there, tried every kind, it doesn't help! ugh!

I'm confused... I've tried every kind of girl underwear doesn't work so my only option that I see is boy underwear but I'm not totally thrilled about that
