What is a good way to lose excess fat or weight on your butt and thighs?

I am naturally pretty skinny but I eat whatever I want and iit seems all the weight goes to my butt or thighs. I wasn't really concerned until I started to notice a dramatic change. I work out regularly and I run alot so I'm not sure what I should do about it.

If you go to fitnessmagazine com click on workouts, then click butt then top 10 there is a list of exercises and how to do them correctly
