I don't know if there's an "in" color but I like mint green lavender salmon-y and yellow (not always together) and I do see pics a lot of these colors.

It really depends if your going for a flirty color light colors like mint and lavender work if it's sort of a spunky out going look then neon or bright colors if your going for a cool layed back look then blues, purples, and blacks or greys or you could go for something that matches your outfit! :) Hope this helped! :)

Girls are doing the highlight thing. Paint all the nails on 4 fingers of each hand the same color and then paint the 5th finger(usually the ring finger) a complimentary color. Ex: if main color is Orange paint highlight color bright yellow. Also on trend on the runway for fall is deep midnite purple, I'd expect to see it on the fingers too.

Whatever matches your outfit. The color isn't what's "in", but you really shouldn't wear a nail polish that clashes with your clothing (I'm wearing a magenta and black combination and won't wear anything but white, gray, black and pink until I change my nails).

thats lame. i mainly wear pink polish but I wear all turqoise clothes. everybody always compliments me on what a great job I do with my nails.

Magenta does not go with turquoise at all. There are different shades of pink and if you are too "lame" to figure that out then maybe you should take a look around.

I'd never wear magenta with the turquoise. I've worn a darker berry pink with turquoise and that looks great but the magenta looks terrible.

Of course, some people believe that brown and black nail polish would look great together. I'll go as far as a light copper but never a full shade of brown. Only gold looks good with black when it comes to the brown shades.
