Strength on weights does not mean you will be a hard puncher. You need the right technique.
Go look at old videos of light heavyweight Bob Foster. He was a skinny guy who looked like a stiff breeze could blow him away, but Sheriff Bob had a powerful knockout punch.

You can knock out anyone regardless of age or size. Without even touching them really, just throw a bottle their way and whammo, guy's out.

You should work on your abs and get an eight pack. This will help you hit harder. A lot of the power from a punch comes from your core if you do it correctly. Well, that's what works for me. I am average height and I punch as hard as a heavyweight boxer...granted I am a bit stronger...

koing someone has nothing to do with size or anything its about where you hit them and if your punch is powerful there are a lot of things that affect it though

You should work on your legs cuz the power of the punch comes from the ground if u don't believe me sit down an punch then stand up an punch
